N.V. Cantina di Montecchia di Crosara Lessini Durello Spumante Brut (Lessini Durello DOC, Veneto, northeastern Italy) mushroom cork with wire cage, 12.5% - imported to USA by Solstars, Manhasset, New York – smell firm green apple, green beans, tight fruit, light mold, mouthfeel soft and loose bubbly foam, taste tart green apple, crisp and refreshing, very malic, tastes like an apple cappuccino, delicious the whole way through, delicious pair for stirfry of kimchi, chickpeas, pickled ginger and garlic. Fantastic deal for $15.
