WTN: 2000 Domaine du Cayron

Youthful, youthful, youthful. It still has the same bit of CO2 prickle that it had on release. At least since it's consistent I know I don't have refermenting bottles, just J. J. Prum visits Gigondas. A few swirls and its gone with dark fruit, leather and herb taking their rightful places. This is not too rich, in fact it's light by modern standards, but I like it that way, much as I prefer Clos du Mont Olivet to most other current Chateauneufs.
