Gary, on a more serious note, why don't you check with your bosses at Royal? That's also what they do all the time with Herzog and Covenant. I know for a fact that Tzur Agencies here can accommodate special requests to ship wine from France to Israel even for private people so perhaps you can find an arrangement for yourself also?

This form has to be remitted to the clearing agency in Israel who will take the wine out of customs.
Be careful : Wine Institute will probably ask for 1 bottle (or more, depending on quantity you shipped) to be sent to them for "inspection".
They will then send you a "ok" document, and with that document your clearing agency will be able to release the wines (after you pay for duties and vat)

My personal note : it is worth the hassle if you send a few cases...
