Can anyone advise me for how long I can keep banyuls once opened and re-corked?

Although the best of the sweet wines of Banyuls will cellar for 20-30 years, once opened, these vins doux naturels will hold their charm for only 4 - 5 days if recorked and refirgerated. Longer than that and acidity and bitterness tend to rise rather quickly.
