WTN - Bringing the thunder - Dom. Leroy x2 Viva!

Like Gary Vaynerchuk said, bringing the thunder!

These two wines are drinking so beeautifully !

06 Aligote, Dom. Leroy - First ever vintage with less than 300 cases annual production, the yellowed waxed sealed wine has wowed me right from the start! Opened up with lots of toasty oak and nuttiness paired nicely with pear and cirtrus fruit which later reveals a hint of mineral and flower! In the mouth, rich but elegant fruit plus some nuttiness and butter , a bit spicy on the finish along with delicate and mouthwatering acidity. Arguably the best value of Dom. Leroy's range of wines.

93 Savigny-les-Beaune, Les Narbantons, Dom. Leroy [/b]- another superb wine! Fully matured wine with a bit of leather , orange peel pivoted by red fruit in the background which later reveal more mineral and flower plus some sesame oak barrel, fully integrated and so mesmerising indeed! In the palate, it has rich , elegant and layered fruit plus resolved and velvety tannin paired nicely with red fruit and some barnyard at the finish. Not a wine of structure, a little melochonic, but touching. Drinking at its peak! With an annual production of 2000btls, grab whatever btl you can find and it's that good!
