Just yesterday I found out that the 14th Annual Judean Hills Wineries Festival is being held this week. In fact, it is in another three days, this Thursday, October 18th, at 5 PM at Kibbutz Tzora. I called the information number (*8108 in Israel) and was informed that the admission fee is 50 shekels. I am not sure which of the wineries in this region are participating but I'll try to find out and get back with the information.
By the way, I was looking forward to going to this and had been planning on it being held in November. Don't know if I'll make it because it is a long drive for me as I live in the Western Galilee on the border with Lebanon. I also had been looking forward to a road race in conjunction with this tasting of wines from the Judean Hills. It had been held the day after the festival last year, but this year it is to be held one day plus one week after the festival on October 26th. If you want information go to this link of the promoters of the race (in Hebrew)--
