Yitzchok Bernstein does it again – a 19 course culinary feat

by David Raccah » Fri May 10, 2013 9:29 pm

This is a post of a dinner we had at my house two weeks ago! Sorry it took so long, but I have been partying hard! Anyway, to those interested are the notes for the new Hajdu wines:

1) 2011 Hajdu Syrah
2) 2011 Hajdu Grenache
3) 2012 Makom Grenache Blanc
4) NV Besomim (2011 and 2012) it is a PSZ with a touch of syrah

Have a great Shabbos!
