Hi, Harry, shavu'a tov,

Friday night: 2013 Psagot Cabernet Franc (M)
Shabbat lunch: 2012 Dalton El Kosh Semillon

Both lovely wines.

A good feel to all,

Isaac

2009 Dubois & Fils Haut-Cotes-de-Nuits; elegant and aromatic, with a fine finish.

Hi Harry,

It has been a while since I ventured into Syrah territory, so I decided to try the Flam Reserve 2012. The wine is a dark and brooding inky color. What stood out are the dried flowers and spice coupled with its tannins and wood while keeping the fruit in the background.

Best Regards,
-> Pinchas
