Last Shabbat was the 2013 Yatir Mt. Amasa, 49% syrah, 20 % each cabernet and merlot, and the rest petit verdot (which has suddenly begun to appear in many Israeli wines. I wonder where they're getting it). Anyway the wine is very nice, unusually fruity for a wine that's half syrah, good acid, well balanced and on sale.
