The Tzora Judean Hills Blanc 2013 is a Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc blend. Stylistically, this wine takes the middle road between being lean, crisp and fruit-driven, and being oak-driven and buttery, resulting in a wine that shows it's fruit in bass tones of guava and melon, with the oak giving rise to assertive and expressive primary raw tones that aren't colored by vanilla or butterscotch. The wine has enough power and versatility to carry it through an entire meal, from the appetizer through the soup to an entree of poultry.

Best Regards,
Pinchas
