Sunday was chicken yakitori, mushroom wafu pasta (oyster, chestnut, and black pearl ), sauteed Napa cabbage.
2017 Domaine du Pelican "Trois Cepages" Arbois
Very light, looks like dark rose, bright strawberry and cranberry, slightly lifted, spicy, quite food friendly. B+

Monday roast salmon, leftover pasta, salad
2018 Sadie Family Skerpioen
Old vine Chenin Blanc/Palomino blend. Rich, citrusy, balanced, really fun B+/A-

Tuesday she made Jacques Pepin recipe for pork with apples, onion, and cumin, as well as Brussels sprouts, tagliatelle with radish leaf pesto, and a salad.
2013 Guignier“Bio-Vitis”Morgon
I have friends that love the Guignier wines, and I love 2013, but this didn’t really do it for me. Black plum, cocoa, a little smoke, it’s ok but not very Morgon, and I find a bit clunky. B-

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.

I've had that Sadie in an earlier vintage. Just loved it.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
