Last night I decided to dress up a Tuesday night flank steak with this wine--file that under "sometimes the best reason is no reason at all".

2004 Château Palmer Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend
Often mentioned in the small handful of producers who should be First Growth but aren't, this lovely '04 proved why. Decanted one hour, it showed silky cassis and black plum fruit, ample depth and a long finish. Should go another ten years in good cellars.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
