A few days ago I reported on the Billard Bourgogne: "Some wines are baffling to me, perfectly sound and consistent with a style and area I normally enjoy but I just don't care for them." The Fougets was a much richer version of the Bourgogne, again no obvious flaws, but it had an aroma and taste note that I just didn't like. Can't identify it, but not for me. 0*.
