2003 Edmunds St. John Shell & Bone Rozet Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Paso Robles (9/3/2007)
Deep ruby. Dark cherry, earth & a touch of raw meat on the nose. Took some time to fill out in the glass, and showed medium weight cherry, leather and herb flavors. Much too easy to drink (1/3 of the bottle before dinner).

David,
High brow or low brow?
Curious and twisted minds want to know.

Clearly low brow - and I like it that way.

Out of curiousity, what was for dinner?
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

No need to wait, or will it get better?

Best,
Joe

I would wait on this one. It evolved quite a lot in the glass.

It was a Monday holiday, so I grilled the requisite burgers.
