WTN: Very Nice Penfolds Coonawarra Shirz

2003 Penfolds Regional Selection Shiraz Coonawarra 14% abv.
Nugget Market $14.00 retail.

I really enjoyed this wine. Plenty of delicious brambly raspberry and blackberry fruit. Good acidity. An amzingly delicious black pepper and spice note-something I really like in Syrah/Shiraz.

I am not real familiar with Australian wines, but this one was very delicious. I guess I should look for more Coonawarra wines-is the clean, not over the top style with black pepper typical of Coonawarra? 3-1/2 *+ given the price!
