13.5% alc/vol. Deep brassy-green/straw colour; some carbonation. Bright, lemony-pineapple and honeydew fruit on the nose. Subdued crispness on the entry (probably due to MLF) with a firm, bright minerally texture and excellent dryness all across the palate; well structured with expansive alcoholic warmth, but at the same time, excellent balance. Truly one of the best South African Chenins I've had for many years. Purchased at Vintages for $14.95.
