About 1,000 of them come from my WLP notes, used with permission.

Newp. It's not a partnership or anything like that. They asked me if they could republish my notes in exchange for visible links back to WLP, and I said sure. Frankly, they struck me as entrepreneurs looking to make a buck in the wine space, which is all right, of course, but not really exciting to me. (Unless, of course, I get some of the bucks. ;)

Heck, what else is there to do at 6.30 am? Horses can wait!
Could be another fun time-consuming effort here.
Omelette did not get any match-up! Lamb shanks drew a blank but Osso Bucco went crazy with pages of recs. Gonna try smoked salmon and see whats up!

**nothing for smoked salmon. Yikes!! Regular salmon , it suggests Insignia. Are they crazy? Dale might have some fun with this..."Hey Betsy, they rec parsnips to go with our Chateau Strogonoff tonite!" LOL.
