8.5% A.P. Nr. 77530100906 Very pale yellow, almost colorless. Aroma of grass, minerals, lemon flowers. Tastes of peach/apricot and minerals, whiff of almonds , not much citrus - balanced acidity. Lovely finish. Amazing balance - substantial yet ethereal, sweet yet pristine. Oh my.

Yup! And it's going to age like a dream. I bought mine in magnum for just that reason.

I bought mine at an online auction so I have 5 more 750's. Maybe try 1 every other year or so?

No. In about 6 more months they are going to close up like a vault. They will then likely need 5 more years to come out of their shell. So I would have one more soon if you like it hte way it is & then wait.
