TTFA (Tah, tah, for now)

My wife and I leave in the morning (July 10) for a 12 day vacation in beautiful Vancouver. I will do my best during that time to eat as much Pacific Salmon as I can and try to discover how many BC wines are good matches.

Really looking forward to this.

Will take notes and post on our drinking adventures upon my return.
