WTN: 1999 J. J. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese

1999 J. J. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese (Mosel)
AP# 17 00 Imp: Boston Wine Co. 7.5%abv.
Not much change over the past 6 months. Lots of petrol and apple on the nose followed by clean slate and white fruit flavor with a bit of citrus. Just starting to develop some mid-palate creaminess and heft. The acidity is lacking but it’s really tasty. No rush to open these.

Indeed. As the sugar fades more the acids will come out.
There behind the glass lies a real blade of grass. Be careful as you pass. Move along. Move along.
