I have been very disappointed by this Bordeaux on many occasions and today was no exception. Recieving a good recommendation by RMP, I bought a case of this wine and it has never given any pleasure. Dark purple in color tonight with a nose and palate of dusty light plum, the finish was quite astringent and volatile. Does this wine need much more time or is it just out of balance? Wines like Les Cruzelles, Clos E'Glise ( Cotes de Castillon) and Peyfol provided much more pleasure. What does the board think?
