Tintero Vino Rosso (12.5%; KermitLynchImports; 40% Barbera/40% Nebbiolo/10% Dolcetto/10% CabFranc) Tintero Elvio/Mango/Piemonte NV (L13010/2012): Med.dark color; strong oregano/spicy/spicy Italian sausage/dried herbs/Barbera slight floral bit earthy/fireworks rather classic Barbera nose; very tart/raspy/salado dried Italian herbs/spicy/Barbera slight tannic/bitey flavor; long dried Italian herb/spicy/Italian sausage very acid/salado/raspy almost screechy finish w/ modest/bitey tannins; not a lot of fruit and a distinct salado palate but speaks strongly of Barbera more than anything; very fairly priced at $13.50 (KK)
