WTN: Tercero Grenache Blanc

by David M. Bueker » Sun Jan 12, 2014 6:50 pm

2010 Tercero Grenache Blanc Camp 4 Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Ynez Valley (1/12/2014)
If someone were to offer you a bowl of underripe pears, peach skin, rocks and lemon juice you would turn it down every time. But put those flavors in a glass of Tercero Grenache Blanc, and you have a delicious wine. Go figure.
There behind the glass lies a real blade of grass. Be careful as you pass. Move along. Move along.

I agree, this is good stuff. I've been impressed recently with almost all of the tercero wines. And the prices are very reasonable.
Cheers, Jim
