Mostly Grenache, this is a great example of an area that lives under the shadow of CdP and overachieving. In it's youth this was a big wine (as I remember quite fruit forward almost jammy) but now mellowed out with the tannins softening and a lot more going on- red berry fruits still, but some garrigue, graphite and pine. Good mouthfeel and a long finish. Easy wine to have with braised lamb, which is what we had it with last night.
