WTN: Lake Chalice Sauvignon Blanc 2005

by Bruce Hayes » Wed Dec 06, 2006 10:07 pm

Marlborough.

A very rich, intense nose, with green peaches, pine resin, and quite veggy (peas, celery and green peppers).

Very forward zingy acidity, peppery, green peach, lemon, some grapefruit and the usual veggie suspects. Very clean. Very delicious.

Screwcap closure.

Very good value at $15.95 (Canadian).
