2011 Lagier Meredith Malbec - USA, California, Napa Valley, Mt. Veeder (3/3/2014)
This is a very interesting and delicious wine from Lagier Meredith. Presented without a dominating oak overlay, there is lots of rich, deep, dark fruit, a good dose of acidity to keep it all in check, and a long, fruity and only moderately tannic finish. This should be a real crowd pleaser.
