Happy Fathers' Day

by James Roscoe » Sun Jun 15, 2014 9:59 am

Happy Fathers' Day to all the dads in the audience and to all those who had fathers! Drink something nice in honor of these men without whose contribution we would not be here. Have a great day!

Thankee very much James. We were going to eat out, but happened to pass by a specialty meat store, so we picked a couple of beautiful sirloin strip steaks. Enjoyed them grilled with eggplant salad and a baguette. Oh yes, there was wine too; a Blue Label Tobin James Cab. Wonderful!

We went to three wineries in Virginia, Chester Gap, Rappahannock, and Linden. I can recommend all three. Chester Gap has a particularly lovely view.
