WTN: 2010 Rhys San Mateo Pinot Noir

by David M. Bueker » Sun Jun 29, 2014 8:22 pm

2010 Rhys Pinot Noir San Mateo County - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, San Mateo County (6/29/2014)
Structured, spicy and long on dark red fruit. This is very delicious right now, but has all the stuffing and structure to go on for a long, long time. Very impressive.

I drank my one bottle a couple of weeks ago and also enjoyed it. I was sorry I didn't have more because I also felt it would last for many years.

IIRC it is estate fruit from Family Farm. Not sure though.

Well, I like it a heck of a lot more than Family Farm.
