2013 Glenora Finger Lakes Riesling. As usual this "regular" bottling of FL Riesling was off-dry. We got apples and ripe pears on the nose and upfront. A nice complex of fruit and honey coursed the middle; and the finish lingered. We matched it with sautéed crab cakes and green peas. Excellent!

Sounds good.

Glenora seems to be doing good things these days. I should make a point to drive the 5 hours back to the FL some time soon.

Let me know if you decide to make it a 7 hour trip to Niagara. Good stuff on both sides of the border.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

I saw where some Glenora and Knapp Rieslings rated 87 or 88 points in "Wine Enthusiast" last fall.
