Label also says in parentheses Gipuzka and Getariako and I'm not sure what is a proper name (of winery or winemaker) and what are place names in Spain or the grape name. Help?
Labeled as 11% abv. Pale salmon color with clarity. A bit of fizz. Reminds me a bit of a Blanc de Noir Champagne. Quite acidic.
I liked it better on day two. Tart cherry and citrus notes and maybe a little pomegranate.

Ameztoi is the winery
Rubentis is their rose
Txakoli/Txakolina is the general name for the wines from that Basque area.
Getaria is probably the most respected village source for Txakolina, Getariako I think just means "From Getaria" (like adding "er" to village name in Germany)
I think Gipuzka is the more general area where Getaria is located.
The primary grapes are Hondarribi Zuria (white) and Hondarribi Beltza.(red)- not sure what they use for the rose, assume red with little skin contact

Thanks, Dale. It should come with a decoding ring like my sister and I got in a cereal box as children.
