WTN: Donati GWT Trentino '13...(short/boring)

Tried this in Venice last week:
1. MarcoDonati GWT Tramonti Dd'OC: Trentino (14%) Mezzocorona 2013: Light gold color; very attractive strong rose petal/lychee/GWT/spicy light earthy nose; rather tart bit metallic/tangy quite dry/austere strong rose petal/lychee/GWT some bitter light mineral/earthy flavor; long rather aromatic/perfumed strong rose petal/lychee/GWT bit earthy/metallic/tangy finish w/ noticible bitterness; quite a pleasant subtle GWT but a bit on the bitter side; much like an old-time Alsace GWT afore the Z-H overripe style became so pervasive; $30.00 (WE)

1. I try most AltoAdige GWT that I stumble upon. The town of Tramin is supposedly where the Traminer grape originated. When I want a good/old-timey GWT to go w/ my weenies&kraut; the SudTirol is where I usually look, not Alsace.
You don't see a whole lot of GWT from Trentino, just to the south of Tramin. A bit warmer there, it may not be ideal conditions for GWT. I liked this GWT well enough, but found it a bit austere/bitter on the palate. A bit overpriced I thought.
