I can't help but notice that the qualities of beef produced from wine-fed cattle are at this point discussed only in the future tense. I'm sure we all await further developments. In the meantime, I see an opportunity for European cattle and the famous EU "wine lake."

Hmm...not inclined to believe in reincarnation, but if I have to come back as anything I think a Wagyu cow is it!!
