From an Enomat machine, so not sure when first opened and how long under Argon.

This is a surly beast right now, with some definite tannins and definitely some alcoholic heat. Great acidity. I don't care! There is something delicious about the range of flavors in this wine that really appeals to me. Sour cherry, earth, licorice, and delicious old school funkiness. I keep returning to it when I visit Vini in Davis....may be my favorite red in their lineup right now.
