WTN: Massican annia WW '15...(short/boring)

Tried this one last night:
1. Massican annia NapaVlly WW (45% TocaiFriulano/41% RibollaGialla/14% Chard; 12.55) Calistoga 2015: Light yellow color; light stony/chalky/mineral/perfumed talc some fragrant/Friulano/carnations/floral quite attractive nose; quite tart/metallic/mineral/stony/chalky some floral/carnations/perfumed talc lithe/bracing flavor; very long tart/metallic/tangy/citric lightly floral/carnations/perfumed talc clean/bracing finish; very much like a good Friuli TokaiFriulano but w/ a bit more richness and texture; just a good drinking white that calls for another glass..which I did. $28.00

1. The Massican label is that of DanPetroski, winemaker at Larkmead. He looks to Friuli for his inspiration.

I like Dan's blends. Definitely prefer them over the varietal wines. Of course his varietals are Sauv Blanc and Chard which are not exactly my favorite grapes.
