SacBee: MikeDunne on SierraFoothills Cabs

by TomHill » Tue Feb 28, 2017 8:55 pm

Interesting article in today's SacBee by MikeDunne:
SierraFoothillsCabs

on Cabernets from the SierraFoothills.
The early Cabs (Montevina/Renwood) often tasted more like AmadorZin than Cab. I've always liked JohnMacCready's/SierraVista and BillEaston's Cabs. They both have reminded me more of Friuli Cabs than NapaVlly Cabs...which is a good think I'd say.
