2015 Kutch Pinot Noir Sans Soufre - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (5/22/2017)
Popped and poured this after giving it a couple of months rest In the cellar. It immediately shows bright raspberry and red cherry fruit, along with bright, balanced acidity and a mineral core. Overall it's very drinkable, in fact slurpable, now. Having never had a sans soufre California Pinot, I am not exactly clear on how to handle it over the near term, but the overall freshness is compelling now.
