2016 Seventh Son Oubliette Imperial Stout: This beer comes from a brewery in Columbus Ohio and is made in very limited numbers, in this case 500 bottles of which this is # 171. ABV of 12% and 99 IBU's in a 750 ml. bottle. Too bad the cost is also 12$
Wonderful depth of coffee and chocolate with just enough bitterness to not be flabby. Not exactly refreshing on a hot day but half a bottle was great with lunch. Will have the other half some other day. Seventh Son makes an Imperial Stout strictly for restaurants and I got the dregs from their only keg a few days ago so it could be quite a while before Oubliette is produced again.
