Caves Jean Bourdy 2008 Côtes du Jura Blanc, Savagnin. This is in a lovely place: the first impression is of lightly sherried apple, but the nuttiness recedes with air to reveal brighter, fresher flavors of grapefruit peel and lemon curd; and each sip retraces that arc in miniature, with the wine's vibrancy coming on in the midpalate. Delicious.
cheers, Patchen

Sounds good. I am much more of a fan of Jura wines when they show the grapefruit and lemon curd (and mineral) elements, as opposed to sherry, apple and too many nuts!
