WTN: Toasty Tardives

2000 Trimbach Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives - France, Alsace (11/10/2017)
A mature example from an early maturing vintage, this shows plenty of pineapple and lychee, but it's a bit toasty around the edges and the rose petal is nowhere to be smelled. Still a pretty fun drink, as Gewürztraminer always is, but lacks freshness. Drink soon.
