Although I haven't had very many wines from Collio, I've had nothing but mind-blowers from Schiopetto. Wickedly unleashed flavors of yellow apple, pineapple, almond oil, steel, spiced orange, mint and gun smoke. The texture is creamy but it tails off into a sea of acidity. Even with my limited Collio knowledge, I have to wonder how much better Tocai Friulano can get. Awesome! Hurry! Last vintage for "Tocai" Friulano.
