Tried this Zin last night:
1. Reinking Zin DCV/SonomaCnty (14.5%; Grower: Phil Manoukian; 4 brls) Windsor 2012: Med.dark color; classic DCV Zin/raspberry/blackberry/rather spicy light Am.oak/vanilla/pencilly/cedary slight dusty/OV quite attractive nose; rather tart/lean strong raspberry/DCV Zin/fairly spicy light vanilla/pencilly/Am.oak bit lean/angular flavor w/ light tangy tannins; long fairly tart/tangy spicy/DCV Zin/raspberry some Am.oak/pencilly finish w/ light angular/bit bitey tannins; an altogether pleasant classic DCV Zin but not particularly distinguished; of the level of the DryCreekVnyds Heritage Zin; very fairly priced at $15.00 (BB)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This is a new/tiny wnry for me. Not a lot out there on it...no WebSite, only a FaceBook page. Run by ScottReinking, who used to be a WholeFoods buyer in Marin. Specializes in organic grapes. He makes Riesling & Chard from McFaddenRanch/PotterVlly that I would love to try.
