Tommasi Amarone Classico 2013 Review

by Tristan B » Tue Jan 16, 2018 5:50 pm

The nose was repleted with complex odours of candied fruits and raisins with hints of vanilla. The palate was more candied fruits, raisins and ripe strawberries. Full and complete with a smooth finish. Very easy to drink. This wine did not disappoint and I would highly recommend. What I have found is 2-3 hours of breathing really brings this wine to it's perfection. Supposedly, this will get better with age and I have two bottles aging as we speak. Expect a review in 3-5 years  .

This one ran me $49.95. I picked up another two bottles before they ran out.
