I was shopping in my local liquor store (LCBO is what its called here in Ontario) and I stumbled across this wine. I just glanced over it the first time. On my second visit not two days later, it was gone...all of it. I asked my contact in that store when they will get more and I was the first one in line to pick up a bottle. I brought it home and poured myself a glass.
The nose was that of peaches and apricots, fresh ripe white and orange fruits. The palate was smothered in sweet oranges, tangerines and apricots, with a slight dryness. Smooth going down, but dryish. Definitely and experience worth having. I made my way back to the store and bought two more. One to keep for myself later down the road and one as a gift for my German relatives who I know would adore this wine. The Germans do love their apricots. I would recommend this wine. It was such a pleasure to drink. Just for reference it ran me about $20.00.
