I could have put the Dönnhoff there, but decided it wasn’t quite that special in terms of angst of opening.

My Open That Bottles are more in the nature of old QPR wines that I never got around to opening. Still, Tenuta Lena di Mezzo 2009 Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso wasn't all that old, and it's still fine.
