So sorry to hear that. I always enjoyed his posts here and his participation in the chats. And his book "Chef on Fire" is an excellent way to learn cooking techniques. I'll miss him.

Poor old guy. Had that long and horrible lung illness, and never did recover his health. Don't smoke, kids!
