2011 Château Doisy-Daëne Grand Vin Sec Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc
Has matured well since last bottle three years ago. Deeper color seeming more extracted than I remember, with tarragon, a touch of gooseberry and meyer lemon. Some diesel has developed; don't think I would hold remaining bottles much longer.

2016 Elena Walch Pinot Bianco Alto Adige - Südtirol
Impressive. Rich yet restrained, playful yet sophisticated. Good body, good everything, but not over the top.

2016 Mont Gravet Vin de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne Colombard
Decent quaffer but not remarkable for flavor or value.

2016 Badenhorst Family Wines Chenin Blanc Secateurs Swartland
This wine is recommended to me often, and I've tried it in other vintages, but I've never found it above ordinary and this vintage isn't any better.

Pinot Bianco from the Alto Adige can indeed be delightful..Have been buying and enjoying Tiefenbrunner Pinot Bianco over the years..Served it, along with several other Italian wines, at the rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding.

Jon, we don't see many here, though I've had various Tieffenbruner wines in the past that I remember liking. I bought this one in Philly to take to a BYO that we didn't go to after all, so the bottle came home with me. If I lived there I'd have already gone back for more, as well as several others by the same producer that were on the shelf. It was uncommonly good.

Any other Sauternes/Barsac houses that produce a dry white without changing name (by using initial or something)? Can't think of any personally.
I've thought the Secateurs was a decent value for $10-12 in past
