WTN: If you knew Peggy Suchots

2006 Alain Hudelot-Noellat Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru (3/11/2018)
Starting to come into its own, the 2006 Suchots is open, and has the beginnings of bottle aged complexity. Red fruit, floral, spice and subtle leafy aromas are supported by solid acidity and softening tannins on the palate. There is good depth in the mid-palate, though the finish does not flesh out quite as much. I still have a couple of glasses worth to follow tomorrow evening, which will give me a better gage on how much longer this needs to finish rounding into form.
