2014 Domaine Pattes Loup Chablis 1er Cru Beauregard - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (4/11/2018)
Served with scallops seared in bitter, this was a perfect match. Lemony, saline, distinctly salty and long on the finish, I ended up more interested in the wine than the (perfectly cooked by me) scallops. Beautiful and captivating wine that is frustratingly hard to source!
