A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. I was really struck by how tight/lean/hard this Zin was, atypical for a Carlisle. However, after being left out on the counter overnight, the next day it showed the classic Carlisle rich/lush character and had softened up considerably. Maybe a "breathing effect"?? Nawh...couldn't possibly be so.
Mike's Zin blends always represent outstanding values, and this was one such. Shoulda bought more.
