2001 Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (4/24/2018)From good though not glacial storage, this was thrilling wine that was in the early stages of maturity with years and years to go. Brilliant acidity, lemon and apple fruit and distinct, salty minerality on the finish made for a complete, benchmark Kabinett. Drink now and for twenty years or more. This had the balance to be immortal.
